Do Stocky receipts replace invoices?
No. Receipts created with Stocky are for information purposes only; they do not replace an official invoice or tax document.
Which printers does it work with?
It works with 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipt printers connected via Bluetooth or a network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
Where is my data stored?
Your records are stored on our server in Germany, linked to your account; you can access them from different devices with the same account. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
