Where are my customer records stored?
Your customer, appointment and cash records are stored on your phone. With premium, you can back them up to the cloud.
Can I use the same account on more than one phone?
An account can be used on only one device at a time; signing in on another device ends the previous session.
What happens to my records if I lose my phone?
If you have a cloud backup, you can restore your records on your new phone. Without a backup, records on the phone cannot be recovered; we therefore recommend backing up regularly.
What should I keep in mind when sending promotional messages?
